I just wanted to follow up to commend one of your employees for excellent service. Upon our arrival we requested a double room and only a King was available. However, the next day we requested to be moved into what we wanted. I realize that this is pretty standard, but Dakota, one of the front desk personnel took complete ownership immediately for us and even gave me a follow-up call on my cellular phone to let me know that our move had been completed in less than an hour of our request. It made us feel great that that part of our trip was out of the way, and made me feel really great about staying there. That simple extra step is the extra level of service that people love about great hotels. It was a pleasure. Thank you Dakota and Royal Sonesta!
