It has been almost 5 years since my husband and I went anywhere away from our children and 16 months since I left my baby overnite. I was so scared to leave her for the 1st time we almost didn't meet 12 of our family members at your hotel for an impromtu get together. When we arrived late Randall helped us check-in. We rambled our sob story about leaving the kids and he upgraded our room to a room with a balcony 2190 which was absolutly breathtaking. I almost didn't want to even leave the room it was perfect. Well, in my haste to pack I forgot our toothbrushes and toothpaste so we called and within 2 mins and 33 sec. a lady was there with them. We were amazed at your staffs promptness. We had drinks and apps in your bar which was so friendly and pretty I really didn't want to leave. And your blood orange japleno margarita was the best drink I have ever had. Before we left on Sunday, Jan. 11th we had your brunch. That was such a delightful experience and our server or now I say our friend Ellenor was so nice and so kind we couldn't believe it. I never ever leave comments but I wanted to tell you that your Staff was so kind and so caring and hopefully my husband and I can come again soon for a longer visit. My first trip from my kids was hard for me but you guys made it worth it. Thank you so much.
